Shipment files for imports and exports: supplier or buyer, incoterm, ports and the Nepal customs point, bill of lading or airway bill, LC, the customs declaration (Pragyapan patra), dates on a timeline, papers attached, a packing list with HS codes and weights, and a printable commercial invoice and packing list. Import costs go to Purchasing → Landed costs; exports are zero-rated invoices.
